Tier 1's Owner's Rep consulting is available for projects for both new construction and expansions/renovations. We manage all aspects of the development processes including feasibility, design, and construction. Our team approaches each project from an Owner's perspective - the goal being to maximize cost savings, value, and create a long-term viable asset.
